Distribution Method

During the initial stage of the "Call to AIPEOPLE" initiative by ARB PEOPLE AI, the complete supply of AIPEOPLE tokens will be disseminated among the community. The distribution will be executed in three segments as follows:

• 45% of the overall supply of $AIPEOPLE tokens will be allocated to users who enroll to procure AI PEOPLE NFT

• 45% of the total supply of $AIPEOPLE tokens will be designated to users holding Arbitrum Odyssey NFT.

• 10% of the total supply will be employed to augment liquidity on DEX, for eventual CEX Listing and referal bonus rewards

Any tokens that remain unclaimed will be utilized in upcoming programs such as long-term protocol development, early supporters, long-term community supporters, or burned.

ARB PEOPLE AI NFT Claiming Method

• The mechanism to claim $AIPEOPLE tokens to NFT holders WHO involves logging into their wallet on the official website. Eligible users will receive tokens in order of preference, with first comers receiving additional tokens. The number of tokens that can be obtained per user will decrease in each period based on the total token supply. Details of the amount of NFTs and tokens received will be shown in the table below:

• Users holding Arbitrum Odyssey NFT are qualified to receive $AIPEOPLE tokens by accessing their wallet on the official website. The token distribution will prioritize those who log in first, with the recipients receiving a greater quantity of tokens. The number of tokens obtainable per user will diminish in each distribution phase based on the overall token supply, as illustrated below:

Tax Fee

• 15% of each transaction is allocated as the tax burn, distributed as follows:

A tax fee of 15% is imposed on each transaction and will be apportioned as a tax burn, with distribution as follows:

4%	Buying $ARB	Buy $ARB to subsidize protocol gameplay and voting. In the early stages, $ARB will be directly used to encourage users to add liquidity.
